We will begin with an initial 15 minute conversation where we talk about your business and the problem situations or issues you’re experiencing in the workplace and with staff. If working together is a good fit, then we can move to the next step and explore getting the results you want.
The next step is to schedule a more in-depth Team Change Strategy Session by telephone where we’ll explore your situation, goals and challenges. In that session we will also discuss the various options available to help you achieve your objectives, including timeframe and resources. If both of us are comfortable and confident at that point, then the next step is to prepare a proposal.
